The participant accepts responsibility for their own well-being and understands that the MEM sessions provided are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy or a psychological diagnosis. MEM is used only as an adjunct to conventional medical treatment. If you have a medical condition or health concern always consult your physician first.
